Just finished watching Jon Favreau film Chef, so made a Cuban sandwich, or as close as I could get with the ingredients from the fridge. At the same time the Park Mgr delivered some Gull beer (gull is icelandic for gold). OMG, I have never been so happy to see beer 🙂 Happy day off!
